According to the story, about twenty years ago she was “too prissy to exercise,” not wanting to mess up her hair.  That is until she saw a picture of herself and decided it was time to change.  Twenty years later she says she feels better than she did at 40. According to the story, about twenty years ago she was “too prissy to exercise,” not wanting to mess up her hair.  That is until she saw a picture of herself and decided it was time to change.  Twenty years later she says she feels better than she did at 40.
